      Flexibility - Speechify provides remote work opportunities. This has, in turn, resulted in great productivity from its employees. Work-life balance is a significant part of employees to perform at the highest level. Speechify is Innovative in nature. The company is very competitive and adapts to changes to meet standards. And we, employees, will continuously contribute and be part of the company's growth and success.

      Cons

      Though a minor thing, it would be nice if the company provided health insurance plans.

      -Cool company -Good experience -Good pay

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
