Thank you for you feedback. The company has changed dramatically over the last few years - especially in the last 12 months. It saddens me that you feel you could not speak your mind and you felt that the open door nature of the past has turned into an office with a lot of politics. That is not the culture I want to manifest and we are working to overcome that every day. Part of trying to solve these issues is by bringing in new management - like our CFO - and create processes so people know what they are working on and the deadlines we must meet. We also are working to train people on our business so they understand the nature/pressures of our operations as we grow. The way things worked when we were 20 people do not scale now that we are 200. I hope you made some good friends while you were at Sphero and are proud of your work. Your contribution has helped us become a successful company. It has been and will most likely always be a high pressure environment due to the nature of our seasonal business, our partners and my desire to chase the fun so we are never satisfied and continue to make the best connected play products for the market. Your comments are immensely helpful.
