Sphero has an exciting product line with a lot of talented people behind it. Although I’m still relatively new, I’ve been really impressed with the transparency and level of communication at Sphero. The weekly All Hands Meetings help to share information with the entire group, which is important as we continue to grow. Our team also has a lot of fun - trivia is played at the end of each company meeting and the winner gets to choose the following Friday’s catered lunch. Some of the perks I like the most are the 100% company paid benefits, casual dress code, free catered lunch a few times a week, coffee & snacks and the PTO program.
