Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As a startup, we often take big risks to achieve success. While BB-8 was a huge success in 2015, we realized that licensed products did not provide a long-term sustainable business model and we needed to refocus our business on our core brand and successes. We agree with you that our people are our greatest asset and without them, we could never create the products that inspire the creators of tomorrow. Reducing our workforce was an extremely difficult thing we had to do as a company to grow at a more sustainable pace in the future.
