I'm glad to hear it has been a positive experience! In regards to "figuring it out" let's remember few companies get to the scale we've achieved and getting to the next level usually takes some time. We're excited to be working through that challenge with a great team. The "recent round" occurred in June '16 and we communicated the reasons publicly on our blog and through several internal meetings. I appreciate your feedback on too many products. They're a result of our sales, product and marketing team's creativity and responsiveness to our client's needs over the years. That said, we are narrowing our set of products. Without getting into details here, we retired quite a few in Q4 and have more scheduled for '17. In addition, we've also winnowed down which products are available to which type of accounts. These changes were communicated at the end of November but it's possible we didn't get that news to everyone.
