Pros
Trust in your talent coupled with the autonomy to prove it is often cited but rarely afforded. Spiceworks culture is engrained in that ethos and it's the most refreshing and fun work experience I've had in 20 yrs.
Cons
Spiceworks is a results business and the company goals are steep. To succeed means striving for more all the time and that does not suit all. If you relish consistent challenge and the search for more you'd thrive.
