Pros
Culture is most important - they put their people before everyone else. No a**hole policy. They treat you well. And founders continuously take time to listen to their employees and learn from them on how the company can be better. Great place to grow professionally - team leads do everything they can to help you improve. You're never punished for trying and failing, they help you learn from failures and move forward ("fail fast, fail cheap"). They make the job fun - not by putting ping pong table around the office, but by making the ACTUAL work fun and surrounding you with good people. Perks - breakfast taco Monday's, bagel Friday's, free lunches VERY often, onsite gym, happy hour Friday's, the list goes on and on. Successful, transparent company - this is a company that is actually going somewhere and it's exciting to be a part of that. You can see the growth first hand because they share the company's success (and failures) with you every day so you always know the state of the company - regardless of what department you work in. You really get to be come an integral part to the success of the company. Creative Pros- it's a great place for creatives as well. Don't let the tech aspect scare you away. You can really develop your concepting and design skills here and they give you the resources to do so with the encouragement and guidance you need.
Cons
It's getting pretty big - which is okay. But it's hard to meet and get to know everyone right away. That being said, when you do meet people, they are very friendly and welcoming.
