Pros
In college whenever I heard recruiters say "what I love about working at X place, is the people" I never really fully understood what they meant by that until I started working at Spiceworks. Literally everybody I have worked with is incredibly smart, kind and always willing to give you a hand whenever you need it. The people are truly the thing that makes this place so great to work at. Work doesn't seem like work here and that says a lot. Truly a one-of-a-kind company, I love it here.
Cons
The only thing that comes to mind is the terrible traffic commute to get to work everyday although that is not really Spiceworks' fault.
