Pros
Work/Life Balance is fantastic. Developers and marketing keep the culture that won all the great awards alive. High amount of investment to keep culture thriving. Taco Mondays. Bagel Fridays. Onsite yoga, workout, and basketball court. Not a lot you can complain about with the perks.
Cons
When Scott Abel stepped down from CEO there was a cultural shift, whether purposeful or not. Scott ensured that the entire company kept the priority of people first. Naturally, as the company grew and the need to pay back investors became a priority Jay shifted the focus to revenue. The sales culture, at times, was brutal. When the company wasn't thriving neither are the personalties of leadership. This is felt all the way down and can really make for some awkward and long days.
