Pros
Really smart, dedicated individuals working at Spiff. People care about the success of the business which is awesome to see. Co-workers are typically very eager to help out. Going back to my previous point, most people want to see Spiff succeed, so they don't shy away from helping out even if it's 'outside of their job description'. The product itself is also truly the best in the market, which always makes for a more pleasant experience when you're in sales. It's NOT a "work-hard, play-hard" culture which is so overdone in startups. I work a normal amount and have healthy adult relationships with my colleagues. I come into work every day feeling challenged and like there is still much to learn, but not in a stressful way.
Cons
Spiff is definitely still a start-up -- which isn't necessarily a con -- but it's not for everyone. There are a lot of processes are still being defined/refined so you have to be willing to roll with the punches. Salary is competitive but there is no 401k match at this time.
