Pros

Solid and diverse customer base for a stable sales network. Customers are forgiving because they like the quality of the products.

Cons

VERY political! If you are not willing to fall in line with the top BS'ers you are on the outside and never invited back in so if you are someone that holds onto your values and not bend over find another company.

- Great work life balance - Respected product line in the industry - Good pay & benefits

Cons

- Internal support functions/systems are lacking and cause a lot of headache and frustration - HR team is extremely slow to respond to anything - Service team is rapidly shrinking; major concern about being able to support from the service side
