The majority of the people, greater than 80 percent were absolutely incompetent, and completely useless. Spirax definitely loves the gutless, spineless incompetent yes man. They have perfected this concept. I have never met a more incompetent and useless bunch of people. Somehow they manage to find the most useless an incompetent person and put them in charge. There is absolutely no leadership or management any where at Spirax. Spirax is largely a sales, marketing and distribution company. They have been selling the same products with no changes for the last 50 years or more. There is no development, engineering or innovation at all whatsoever at Spirax. They don't understand engineering, product development or innovation. Very few people at Spirax understand fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, basic physics and engineering. The sales guys, most of which don't posses engineering degrees understand more than the degreed engineers. How sad is that ! You have been warned, stay away
