Pros
Typical day at work, it's never the same but, in a positive way. Every day is different, and every situation is different. You meet many different people and learn on the job every day. The management staff is there to help guide and support you at all times. The company as a whole really does care about home/work balance and they put you and your family's needs first. My coworkers are a giant family and work as a well-oiled machine. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting different people and helping get them in their dream vehicle. The most difficult part of the job in my opinion is learning the different makes and models features. I've been here for almost 3 years, and I don't see myself anywhere else. I feel I am where I belong and feel that I do matter here.
Cons
There is a lot to learn, and you will be learning new things all the time. Even years in. In my opinion learning all the features of all the vehicles makes and models is the most difficult part of the job.
