Pros
some perks here and there such as parties etc and catering. smart intelligent hard working employees, not management, but employees except for those favored by management.
Cons
Horrible work environment. most of these managers don't even know how to manage and execs are too busy with their stock options to really deal with the real problems at the work place. excessive hiring then firing, but never letting go the ones that aren't doing anything. Over spending on useless software that has no real point. There is no sense of communication at all in the work place where different divisions do not communicate with each other, which leads to confusion and chaos a
