Pros
Excellent pay, very pleased with leadership both in the Public Sector and executive orgs, GREAT product which is fun to sell and provides clear value to customers who also LOVE it. Even as a growing org with constant change, customer success is a priority and leadership/org doesn't let process prevent a sale from happening. Work/Life balance is good, Perks are great and for a big org, still has a small-ish mindset.
Cons
Constant change, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but breaking habits is hard anywhere you go and it's difficult to get into a rhythm due to the fluctuation of things. High growth targets, but the org. has pieces in place company-wide to help with hitting those - product innovation and enhancements, good people, direction for the future, etc.
