Perks: Generally seem to be on the uptick, every all-hands announces something. - 401K match has been formalized, guaranteed $2k/year (see cons as well) - Lunch meetings get catered meals (see cons) - Good parental leave, just announced 20 weeks
Cons
- They spend a lot of money catering food for all the meetings, and then there are leftovers. They should just officially support catered lunch every day of the week. - 401K needs to be more competitive. We should match Facebook, Google, etc. That is the caliber of engineering we have.
