      Pros

      I only worked at Splunk for a year. I found the culture to be a breath of fresh air. Overall it was a wonderful experience. They offered great salary and commission plan, as well as amazing benefits.

      Cons

      My manager created a hostile work environment. I've never been treated as poorly by any individual in my entire career. My only regret is that I did not escalate to HR and instead chose to leave.

      Pros

      Great company with a postivie non-toxic winning culture You can make a LOT of money here and you get great exposure across the greater Cisco org

      Cons

      For this role spacifically, commission is capped so that's a bit of a bummer but the good thing is there are always Spiffs to go over the cap

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
