Pros are as follow: Generous with bonuses and RSU: Bonuses are given out every quarter and another bigger chunk of bonus at the end of fiscal year Extremely friendly environment: Parties for almost all occasions and events Extremely generous with spot bonuses: High motivation to get things done goes along well with more bonuses Extremely well with retention: This is a place that has a very low attrition rate Liberal with promotion: Just like what the people from HR will tell you - always talk to your manager. That is so true! Just make sure that you constantly talk to your manager about your goals. Extremely well balanced work-life workplace: Don’t worry about working long hours because it’s all about work-life balance. You can expect a laid-back environment here.
