We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Spok fell short of your expectations, but we’re glad that you felt like you were receiving competitive pay in a flexible environment along the way. While turnover may have peaked during your brief tenure, we are thankful that our annual turnover in the highly competitive Minneapolis market remains below average. The majority of Spok’s hiring since December of 2015 resulted from new positions, added to support the development of all products, including the Care Connect Platform. You are correct that Spok continues to support a broad array of existing products while we expand and innovate. That’s because our healthcare customers all around the globe still rely on Spok to meet their existing communications needs and we are committed to doing so.
