Pros
The coworkers are probably the best part. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgable and available to assist if you have questions. The opportunity to work on React/Redux and AWS along with also being able to help decide the tech stack to use in the future is a huge plus. Huge growth potential in knowledge base, love being able to learn more but also while staying current.
Cons
Typical Tech company in that there is always a push and everyone is rushing to get things done for a release. Changes requests are the norm, nothing is set in stone, you are developing for a certain public sector so the need is constantly changing.
