Employees Not Valued - Anonymous employee Spokane County Employee Review

While the wages for workers keep falling further and further behind comparable employers, the workload keeps increasing. Don't expect this to change under the current Board of County Commissioners. They are more than happy to vote themselves a giant pay raise but won't keep up with inflation for their employees.
