Then this is the place for you! * Apply If you love to see the most incompetent, dumbest, and non-knowledgeable middle management somehow get promotions while the competent get pushed out. * Allergic to technological innovation? * Micromanagers apply NOW. * Hate a diverse culture? * Love maintaining a legacy stack? Tips to succeed at Spokeo: * The more you complain and finger point the better off you are. It deflects any criticism of you or your team onto another team. This is key to survive and succeed at the chaotic and toxic Spokeo office. * Be non-female. All female leads and managers has been pushed out. * Make sure you bring your 'A' game for office politics. * Be nice to EVERYONE but stab them in the back to higher ups when convenient. * DO NOT TRUST ANYONE (I can’t stress this enough)!!! * Physically be at your desk later than everyone else. Higher ups love when people stay late. Wait, what flex hours? * Make sure you stay out of the executive’s radar. The more they know about you and what you are doing the worse off you are.
