Pros

Mostly remote work. Shutterfly gives money away to employees for them to buy photos or cards. The quality is still not great, but you can get Christmas cards with the Shutterfly logo on the back for free.

Cons

Continuous cycle of people, strategies, and structure. It's not "fast-paced" it's toxic leadership. Spoonflower has really been stripped of it's beliefs and brand in exchange for "shareholder profit." It's a classic private equity takeover. Product and brand perception has really gone down hill.

Pros

Awesome People: The team here is genuinely supportive and full of creative, driven folks. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re working with friends. Cool Mission: Spoonflower’s focus on personalized, creative products makes our work feel meaningful and fun. Exciting Growth: We’re evolving quickly, which means lots of opportunities to tackle new challenges and contribute in a big way.

Cons

Change & Churn: It’s been a year of adjustments, with some team turnover and evolving priorities. Not always easy, but there’s a clear effort to keep moving forward. Small Team, Diverse Responsibilities: With a lean team, there’s a lot of work across different areas. It can be a lot to juggle, but it’s a great fit if you like variety!

Pros

Got a lot of training, and was given some mental health support from HR

Cons

They do not pay production fairly at all, they keep cutting our hours, and they don't take our problems seriously. I had a panic attack because I couldn't afford my bills this month because they kept cutting hours.
