- High growth company - Leadership listens to employees and quickly implements ideas - Employees are very well compensated - Really high hiring bar leads to really high caliber employees - A cool product that legitimately has the chance to disrupt the video surveillance (& intelligence) industry

Cons

- It's difficult to think of any significant critiques, but if I had to say one thing, by nature of being a startup sometimes things feel more rushed and less organized than they could be

With the strict exception of sales leadership, spot ai has some of the best employees around. The engineering, sales, and cs team are top notch, but they have also survived some of the most consistent and degrading changes over the years going from a once 32 account executives strong, to it's current count of only 6 account executives.

Cons

Most of the best employees who helped put spot ai on the map were either unjustly fired, or left. Sales leadership typically only lasts about 6 months and employee churn from sales, to engineering, product development, deal desk, and marketing have all left.
