Pros

Fast growing startup with incredibly intelligent and thoughtful founders. It's really exciting to be a part of a company that's doing well during a time where a lot of startups are downsizing. The company is solving some genuine problems in the market and you can see it in how the customers are using the product. The founders are also great. Just by interacting with them, you can tell that they live and breathe the business everyday. Everyone I've worked with so far is passionate, intelligent, and humble. There's a genuine desire to do the right thing across the whole organization. This has been one of the best companies I've ever worked at.

Cons

Startup is a startup. Things change quickly because learnings are happening quickly. Processes haven't been put into place so things definitely feel a bit chaotic at times. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy it because I've worked at a few startups now. You definitely work very hard, but I've seen at least members on the leadership team very intentionally protect people during their time off.

Pros

With the strict exception of sales leadership, spot ai has some of the best employees around. The engineering, sales, and cs team are top notch, but they have also survived some of the most consistent and degrading changes over the years going from a once 32 account executives strong, to it's current count of only 6 account executives.

Cons

Most of the best employees who helped put spot ai on the map were either unjustly fired, or left. Sales leadership typically only lasts about 6 months and employee churn from sales, to engineering, product development, deal desk, and marketing have all left.
