Pros
Spreetail is the best opportunity in Lincoln. There are not many companies that do over $150M and say we are just getting started. We are challenged on a daily basis - there are more things to do at Spreetail than people to do them. You are put in positions to do things you wouldn't otherwise get the chance to do elsewhere. Endless opportunity and career advancement.
Cons
We work really hard and have some ginormous goals in front of us! Some say we lack work/life balance and others want to accept the challenge.
