Business Outlook
Pros
I work with excellent team members that just want to do well in everything that they touch. People have the resources and leeway needed to do great things. If you want to make a difference you have the ability to do just that. The company expects hard work, but in return you are much more fulfilled than in other business settings.
Cons
Spreetail is still in growth mode and with that comes growth challenges. The nice thing is the company is proactively looking at those challenges and making change now. We are not waiting until something blows up to react.
