Pros
The culture is great, I feel comfortable talking to anyone whenever I need something. There are also some really great perks that not a lot of other companies offer. This company is also very driven, you can tell that everyone actually cares and puts in the extra effort to ensure that the company succeeds.
Cons
- The hours are long, 50+ hour weeks usually - You are unable to work remotely if you're an hourly employee - A lot of changes happen, and they aren't always favored by everyone.
