The energy here is contagious. My team is extremely close-knit, and we not only push and support each other to accomplish our goals, we never let a day go by without laughing and having fun. You get out what you put in, and Spreetail is the perfect place for motivated, driven people to learn, develop, and grow when they push themselves and the company forward. This is the kind of place where you can leave the office at the end of a long day and still feel rewarded knowing you made a real impact. I know it sounds cliché, but I truly enjoy getting up and coming to work every day because with the challenges come rewards that go way beyond dollars and cents.
Cons
You will often find yourself working long hours, which for some can lead to some work/life balance stress. At the end of the day, most people manage pretty well, you just need to stay focused and manage your time well. My manager is very flexible and recognizes that we have lives and priorities outside of work.
