Everyone is hard working, dedicated and they never shy away from taking on more responsibilities to grow themselves and the company. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the social side of work is fantastic. They give you all the responsibility you want and provide you with the tools to be successful. There are many great opportunities to move up within the organization as well.
Cons
The company and your coworkers will expect excellence and hard work from you. We work hard and play hard and expect every one to do so as well. Also, if you want to have a cookie cutter job with straight forward days, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to take those challenges head on, this is the perfect place for you!
