Pros
- Spreetail is a rapidly growing company. That means tons of opportunity for growth personally and professionally. - Spreetail has tons of very smart people working hard to improve things. This applies to all departments. Over my 2+ years at Spreetail, I've seen the engineering team mature, the process for company goals shift to being more agile, and the HR department pivot how they assist the business in scaling. - People care about you. This company challenges the idea that your "work friends" should be different from your "real friends". - I feel like there's always something I can learn from the people I work with. People will take time out of their day to help figure out your issue or teach you something new.
Cons
- With rapid growth comes a few growing pains. This company is constantly changing, but that change can be a little overwhelming if you enjoy consistency. - No 401k yet, but that is in the works according to a recent announcement.
