Pros
The people are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is driven and given the opportunity to make their voice heard. The company is very forward-thinking and modern. I work with some of my best friends.
Cons
You will work your @$# off, have no doubt about it. But that's what it takes to build something great, something that will last. Spreetailers want to make a dent in the universe and sometimes working 9-5 isn't going to cut it when you have the goals that we do.
