Trash company, horrible leadership, all about that culture BS - Fulfillment Spreetail Employee Review

Everything. Absolutely trash culture. Must be a yes man no matter what and drink the kool-aid if you want to be even remotely successful here. Management is young and inexperienced. Zero work life balance. You never know what time you start work. You might get a message at 8pm on a Monday saying that you have to come in at 6am the next day. How is that okay? They have zero concern for your personal time. They’ll also make you come in on Sunday’s when they feel like it even though there are multiple shifts/weekend shifts now to combat the load. They don’t take care of the good employees that work hard. Favoritism is played by management. I could go on forever. If there were no repercussions and employees could freely speak their minds without fear of being fired or blacklisted, I guarantee 90% of them would say they hate the place and that’s a problem that they don’t want to talk about or address.
