Pros

People are friendly, that’s about it.

Cons

Oh boy, where do I start? Giving back to the community and caring about their employees is something Spreetail raves on about. However what are they actually doing to help out with the community and employees? Nothing. Ask our community’s team... and YOU will be alarmed to see how little we actually give back to communities and how we actually promise to help nonprofits and then cancel on them last minute, thus affecting people in need. Oh and the employees? Yeah good luck. You won’t be reimbursed gas money, travel costs, or Airbnb’s that you book. However select individuals are able to get certain things expenses. Oh and team lunches? Yeah, expect to bring extra cash with you because these aren’t paid for by the company. This company seemed like a great place for the first month, but once you get through the honeymoon stage you will begin to see through all the lies. Oh, and the company decided to randomly lay off random individuals that have majorly impacted Spreetail in so many great ways. Please do yourself and get out while you can, before it’s too late. Oh, and you will be promised that you can move around in the company within 6 months, but good luck.. that’s also just a lie.

We understand and appreciate your passion for giving back. While we have shifted our focus away from our direct-to-consumer website and the 5 percent giveback program, our goal is to continue giving back to our communities in other impactful ways. To date, we've donated 167,580 meals through our Stronger than Hunger program and completed more than 700 volunteer hours during this year's volunteer week.
