Pros

Awesome modern offices with modern equipment. Your co-workers are amazing by and large.

Cons

The CULTure everyone mentioned is ridiculous. Reform it. You can't lay off 100 people and then expect people should devote their lives to this company. Leadership is absolutely horrendous. They take zero responsibility for their decision and pass all the crap downhill. There is zero process for performance evaluation when it comes to letting people go. You're most likely to succeed by being likable versus providing value. The CTO is probably the worst when it comes to this. He's young, inexperienced, and constantly throwing his team under the bus rather than taking responsibility for decision that he has the final say on (and often overrules any other suggestion anyway. He's also a giant man-child. Grow up, peter pan. The CEO lacks many characteristics that you typically find in a CEO. Instead of showing gratitude for the hard work that his workforce have devoted to the company, he has instead instilled the ideology that this is what is to be expected. Instead of careful planning, company direction is mostly chaotic. A trait that is adopted by many of his lackey's. The company pushes all these "feel good" ideologies like radical candor and many other phrases you can find in their mantra. However "practice what you preach" is not something you'll find here. Being transparent with bad news here and early as possible will likely get you canned. Management wants to hear only good things.
