Pros
It's very easy to say good and bad things about an organization if you don't consider the individual making the statement and take that perspective as true. With that being said I personally have a ton of pros working here. I've enabled myself to have a great work life balance, but I don't break life out in 8 - 5 increments. I have a ton of flexibility but yes that means I work when I need to and maybe that's a Sunday, but I might also leave early on a Wednesday. I think the culture is great because I pick and choose what I participate in. I think the communication is awesome because if I have a question... I ask. I like the work environment because I have a start up mentality. Spreetail is what you make of it honestly. If you are the type of individual that needs to be told or needs constant structure, then you may not like it. If you like to sort out things, find solutions, make things happen, and have a voice then you'll love it.
Cons
With the pros been said, there are some cons but once again, it's what you make of it. Not everything appears to be well planned out or fully thought through - I don't know all the facts to many things and just because I might disagree with a decision doesn't make my perspective right. However, I also ask... why did you decide X? There are times where the more experienced staff will recommend something to leadership and it appears to be ignored. Once again, I don't know all the facts Anything that possibly goes wrong gets hit with a lot of hindsight criticism...
