Pros
- Cool office (although it is a bit of a ghost town after the layoffs) - Free non-alcoholic beverages and beer (but you can only touch them Friday after 4pm) - Transparent, weekly company all-hands updates (at 8 o'clock in the morning) - Great set of values and cheerful culture (on the surface)
Cons
- Leadership has little outside experience or diversity. 90% of the executive team has been with the company since day one and have had no opportunity to gain experience outside of Spreetail. - Frugal to a fault. Good luck cutting through the red tape of accounting to get any budget items approved. - The large percentage of the team in Nebraska is recent graduates. Lots of optimism, but tough to learn from your peers if you are in the middle of your career.
