Cons
I also have a full review on this that's been echoed enough in other reviews that I don't feel the need to repeat myself. But... I was just informed that the company is still using photos and videos of their laid off employees. And not just occasionally. Go check out the current careers page. That auto-playing video? Almost every single person in that video has been laid off. I understand still using the photos and videos you have. But to represent your company with people who were shoved out the door almost 6 months ago is false. How does that make your CURRENT employees feel? I'd imagine I'd feel really terrible if every time I saw footage of the company and almost exclusively saw my former coworkers.
