You have to work about 60 hours a week to be on top of all of your "side tasks". You do these during your free time in between calls, which is usually about a minute, however the side tasks can take hours a day to complete. They present a lot of cool things up front such as Beer: 30 on Fridays and company outings, but in reality the in office work environment isn't that great.
