Co-workers are driven, but combine this with a very purposeful culture of working overtime, it becomes a war of attrition. Whoever is willing to sacrifice their personal lives will advance quickly because you either embrace that work is your life or burn out quickly. If I could give Work/Life balance 0 stars, I would. Spreetail advertises themselves to be this insanely innovative company with high buy-in, but let's not over-complicate it. They primarily sell outdoor garden equipment and have poorly built and maintained internal software. So innovative. Again, another consequence of being understaffed, overworked and high turnover rate. Save your career a few months of time and just don't apply. You'll go from Spreetail hype to feeling like getting out of a relationship with a toxic ex in just a few month span.
