Pros
My experience over the last several years: Spreetail hires not only some of the most talented, highest performing and smart people, they also find the best human beings you will ever meet. In my division we have total autonomy, we are held accountable to our goals and metrics-but our leadership goes out of their way to enable us with all the tools we need to do so. They trust us because they know we will ask for help if/when we need it, and we trust them as we know we can ask for that help. My work life harmony is very balanced, I very rarely log in off hours and the exception is during holiday which anyone in retail will tell you is typical. I have traversed several positions here at Spreetail and I can attest to the organization’s commitment to developing career trajectories. The salary is pretty competitive, slightly above industry standard, medical premium is paid for 100% by the company for the employee and 50% for dependents.
Cons
Growth has been explosive, so the transfer of tribal knowledge between teams is just now catching up. Being remote still is tough, but there is a return to office plan on the horizon which includes a hybrid schedule.
