Pros

- Decent pay if you know your worth and negotiate, otherwise be prepared to get low balled. - Paid Medical - Hybrid model - Most people are nice and approachable - There is plenty of work for all - Never a full moment, constant learning

Cons

- Micromanagement - Leadership - Poor training…leadership, managing others and onboarding.. - unfair compensation across level team members - Culture is culty and aggressive - Constant, always on culture leading to burnout - Not a lot of structure in processes - Lacks appropriate tools and technology… hope you are good at excel because you’ll use it for everything. - Monthly paychecks - Skimps on employee benefits and perks - Data isn’t clean

They are good at hiring many different terrific people.

Cons

Same thing you've read before. Cult-like culture. Weaponized, encoded feedback. Gendered expectations—I was given "feedback" to shrink myself to fit in; would they have said the same thing to a guy? Best was when my lead encouraged me to submit an anonymous survey for "feedback" on my character and performance to my entire team. :/
