Pros
- constant changing scope - monolithic, trash, code base - bonus is based whether or not your team deploys every single day - open db schema. Copies of tables with different data are encouraged! - manual processes - unlimited pto - paid healthcare (reevaluating for 2023) - no matching 401k - voluntary layoffs - involuntary layoffs - no direction - “will do anything to IPO” including making their employees feel disposable - you can short the stock when they IPO - always changing requirements and deadlines so everyone is confused AND overworked :)
Cons
It really is just a bad company. Like most of the other reviewers, I came in with rose colored glasses but I can firmly say the way they treat everyone like they are disposable. Almost the entire leadership team is either white or male or both. They have groups that are supposedly suppose to uplift people of color and women but that conveniently doesn’t mean promotions or leadership opportunities.
