Pros

-If you get in a good team, the people are really friendly to work with. Many people below the C suite level are willing to help you succeed -Unlimited PTO was kinda nice I guess

Cons

Management at this company is awful. Unlcear direction and intiatives constantly being shifted cause a chaotic atmosphere. Transparency is next to none with the layoffs happening abruptly and without warning. During update meetings, vague answers were given and no real concrete information was communicated. The C-Suite has no idea what they’re doing and will fumble initiatives again and again. To my fellow talented developers, this company does not deserve your time or energy until the executive team is replaced.

They are good at hiring many different terrific people.

Cons

Same thing you've read before. Cult-like culture. Weaponized, encoded feedback. Gendered expectations—I was given "feedback" to shrink myself to fit in; would they have said the same thing to a guy? Best was when my lead encouraged me to submit an anonymous survey for "feedback" on my character and performance to my entire team. :/
