Pros
Open environment where there is little reliance on title. If you have a good idea, you are encouraged to share and be a part of the solution. Great team members that work very hard, but also know how to have fun.
Cons
Just a new company, so a little harder to recruit for open positions. That will get easier as we continue to grow and become well known in the community!
