Pros

By far the best leader that I have ever worked for. Nicole, director of 4N, is one of the most genuine humans I have ever met. She listens with intent, supports her staff, and truly makes people feel welcome. It's hard to be a new nurse and never once did her support and encouragement waiver. If it wasn't for my moving, I'd still be working for her.

Cons

Being a new nurse is very difficult and 4N gets a lot of turnover, so staffing ratios are tough on some shifts.

The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
