      The team was great, but not much more than that

      Cons

      Leonard, the CEO, is the main reason I would not work for this company. This company has increased revenue but decreased in quality over time. Nothing but new grads and a very high turnover. I would avoid it working here.

      Pros

      The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
