I worked with an amazing team. It was a learning and fun environment in our unit. Having the support that I needed as I started my nursing career made a huge difference during my time as an RN at SVH. From our HUC all the way the leadership - we worked together during the most challenging times.

Cons

Staffing was a challenge, we floated a lot.

The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
