      I like my coworkers on my unit

      Cons

      nurse - patient ratio is dangerous. Often not enough beds to upgrade sick patients who need it and has resulted in horrible results for patients. I would not bring my family here.

      Pros

      The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
