      The fellow nurses and CNAs are awesome!

      Cons

      Leonard is all about the money! Unsafe nurse to patient ratios and floating to the ER to have upwards of 20 patients in a shift.

      Pros

      The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
